Ok, So… This is me! I am a fun-lov’n momma who finds joy in helping others grow to their potential. I believe in people. Why? Because people believed in me, when I did not believe in myself.
When a mom talks with me, I see her spark. She starts to believe. She ignites possibilities of “What if I can?” I listen to her experiences as she turns herself into a masterpiece of “I am full of value,” as her heartache turns into happiness. This is amazing!
My back story. When I was at my lowest, having three small children, on welfare and my ex-husband in prison, I tried ending my life. Someone else’s hope restored the life within me. This was a life changing experience I’ll never forget. I never knew how getting hope into one’s soul could help. It happened to me. It saved my life. After this experience, I became a “Hope Giver.” I took a silent oath with God. I will sparkle, shine and give as much hope as I can and be an influence for good.
My life is much better now. It’s filled with an abundance of joy, hope and happiness. My life is not perfect. But–this I believe with all my heart; Life doesn’t need to be perfect to be full of joy. This is why I want to share with you, so you too can be full of fun-lov’n-happiness even after experiencing heartache.
The I Can. I Am. Foundation was created for women to be loved, nurtured and given hope.
It’s a place to come to be inspired, learn great emotional skills, and laugh. It’s a place to allow your fun-lov’n girl self out to play! I want you to know you can sparkle and shine. I want you to create more smiles, and have less frowns in the world. (Besides, frowning creates more wrinkles.)
I Can. I Am. Foundation provides scholarships to single mothers. The awards range from $500-$1,500 annually, and can be used at any university, college, or technical school. (Scholarship funds are awarded directly to the school into student’s accounts.)
